Hi, I'm Jim.
I’ve been a photographer in South Wales for over 40 years — long enough to have seen trends come and go, but still just as passionate about capturing real moments as I was when I first picked up a camera.
Photography has always been about people for me. Real expressions. Genuine connection. The moments in between the posed ones.
I’d describe myself as relaxed, warm, friendly, and non-intrusive. I enjoy a laugh, I don’t take life too seriously, and I’m very much a “go with the flow” kind of person. When I’m photographing, I won’t shout out orders or make things feel over-staged. I prefer to blend in, let things unfold naturally, and capture moments as they happen.
After four decades behind the camera, what I’ve learned most is this: great photographs don’t come from pressure or perfection. They come from comfort, trust, and a bit of laughter along the way.
Well, I don’t know where to start, Jim.. what a guy, made me feel at ease from planning until the big day. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy. To say he was funny and witty was an understatement. He made us all feel really easy about the day I will be booking you for, any family events we may have in the future, Jim, you legend …. Diolch 🩵
I can't recommend Eyes2Me Photography enough. Nothing was too much for him throughout our wedding day. It was like he was there but wasn't, and every picture was captured. Down to earth, too. Highly recommended. If you want a photographer, then this is the guy 100%
