Kendall - City Hall Cardiff I am so glad that I found Jim. He was always very prompt in replies and very knowledgeable. His suggestion to use confetti (I hadn't planned as couldn't use at venue) in nearby gardens was fantastic and I'm so glad I listened to Jim as these are some of my favourite photos.
